AP General Course Information

This is a fast-paced, rigorous, college-level biology course. Your success will depend on your commitment to reading and studying course content daily.

AP Biology Required Materials

1. Composition notebook for all lab work (100 sheets)
2. Pocket folder for storing handouts
3. Composition notebook for notes (100 sheets)
4. Pens and Pencils
5. Highlighter recommended
6. Any paperback review book for AP Biology - you can choose anyone you like (Cliffs, Cracking the AP Biology Exam, etc.  there are a lot of options).  You must have this book by the end of September!  (optional for 2020 - 2021)

Textbook - we will be using an online textbook.  Here is the link.

Labs - You will have access to each lab through the College Board AP Classroom (I will share join code with you).

Grading

Your grade for this course will likely be calculated using the following weights:

Assignments (~35%)
Labs (~25%)
Tests & Quizzes (~40%)
